All KatosGoods products are made to order. This means your item is created especially for you once you place your order — which adds a short production window before it ships, but ensures quality and reduces waste.
Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before they're handed off to the carrier. Simple items (like t-shirts) tend to be on the faster end, while more complex or multi-piece orders may take a bit longer. Production times may extend slightly during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:
- US Domestic: 3–7 business days (Standard)
- International: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs
So total time from order to delivery is generally 5–10 business days domestically and up to 2–4 weeks internationally.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
